\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe are located on the west side of the town of Lacona, in that stretch of the southern coast of the island formed by inlets, coves and beaches of all kinds. Precisely we are located at the end of Margidore, developed at the start of the Capo Stella promontory. The lido is very large, over 750 meters, made up of well-polished rocks of various sizes, mainly gray but also reddish and in a small part of it there is only green sand.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the right side of the beach, the presence of a crane allows the haulage of small and medium- sized boats, which can then find refuge and mooring in the small port also located on the right side.<\/p>

It is all free beach, except for a small central part, with two bathing establishments and a bar. As throughout the island, the color of the sea changes between blue and turquoise, clear, with sloping seabeds that invite you to swim.<\/p>

On the beach there is a canoe and pedal boat rental, deckchairs, umbrellas and windsurfing with also a windsurfing school. Using a pedalo or a boat, it is worth taking a dip in the delightful little beach of Capo Pini on your left, after Capo Marinaro. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMargidore is usually a very quiet and uncrowded beach, thanks to the proximity of the large beach of Lacona, on the other side of the promontory, which attracts almost all the young people and children of the area, but above all for the absence of parkings, if not near the small port. Exposed to the south-east, Margidore offers a panorama of the variously articulated coast: from the Calamita peninsula to the Gemini islets. On the right instead we find the promontory of Capo di Stella, beyond which are the other two main beaches of our locality: Lacona and Laconella. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\nBefore arriving on the beach of Lacona, there is the main street of our locality (Via del Moletto), with the presence of a pharmacy, a bakery, various bars and restaurants, a minimarket and a bazaar\/newsstand. On Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, along the avenue you can find the weekly market, and every morning fresh fruit and vegetables produced in Lacona.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to its beautiful waters, the locality of Lacona is immersed in the greenery of the thick vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub.<\/p>

In autumn and especially in spring, it is an ideal place for those who want to alternate beach life with outdoor activities; from relaxing walks to exciting mountain bike rides. In fact, in the hills surrounding the small town of Lacona, many trail intertwine between rocks and plants, offering unique views.<\/p>

While, for those who want to vary their evenings, from Lacona it takes just a few minutes by car to reach the main towns of Elba (Portoferraio 8 km, Capoliveri 12 km, Porto Azzurro 10 km, Marina di Campo 10 km).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
