Additional costs

Final Cleaning and Linen

The daily rates listed do not include the final cleaning fee, which will be added at the end of each stay.

The final cleaning fee includes bed linen and bathroom towels.

Small Apartments: €70.00 — with one or more dogs: €80.00

Large Apartments: €90.00 — with one or more dogs: €110.00

Pets

Pets are welcome at our property. However, the presence of one or more dogs involves an additional charge on the final cleaning fee.

Extra Beds and Cots

Subject to availability, an extra bed can be requested at a cost of €15.00 per day.

A travel cot is also available upon request at no additional charge.

Linen Change

The weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the final cleaning fee.

Any additional linen change (bed and bathroom) costs €15.00.

Booking, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Bookings and Confirmation Deposit

Bookings must be submitted in writing and are considered valid only after payment of the confirmation deposit, to be made by bank transfer.

If payment is not received within the established timeframe or does not comply with the terms set by the property, the booking request will be automatically cancelled.

Balance and Payment Methods

The balance of the stay must be paid within 24 hours of arrival. Payments are accepted in cash, by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer.

The total amount is calculated based on the period confirmed at the time of booking, even in the event of late arrival (which must be promptly communicated to avoid automatic cancellation of the booking) or early departure.

Cancellations and Penalties

The guest may cancel the booking at any time by providing written notice:

In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date, only the confirmation deposit will be forfeited and retained as a penalty.

If the cancellation occurs within the 15 days prior to arrival, in addition to losing the deposit, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
